Instructing us is straightforward
Send us the matter and the deadline. We confirm scope and fees, act in your client’s name or in yours as you prefer, and report at each step. With offices in France and Canada, we cover both European and North American business hours.
We never solicit your client
Our work depends on your trust, so the rule is simple and absolute: we act in support of instructing counsel and never contact, pitch or take on your client directly. The relationship stays yours.
Prosecution and litigation, one desk
Many correspondents file but outsource disputes, or the reverse. We do both — from filing and portfolio management through opposition, enforcement and court proceedings — so a matter never has to change hands.
