Jérôme Ferrando, avocat en droit des affaires chez Gustave Legal à Montpellier.

Jérôme Ferrando

An attorney at the Montpellier Bar and a former French industrial-property attorney (Conseil en Propriété Industrielle), Jérôme Ferrando has devoted his entire career to intellectual property. After in-house experience at Lagardère Active, then at Markplus International, where he built deep expertise in trademarks and designs, he founded his own firm in 2012.

He holds the INPI trademark and design qualification (EQE) and a Master 2 in Intellectual Property and New Technology (Droit de l’immatériel) from the University of Montpellier, where he also teaches intellectual property law, and he serves as a data protection officer (DPO).

A complete practitioner, he acts in both strategic advice and litigation, before the INPI and the EUIPO, for a national and international client base. Admitted as a foreign legal consultant at the Quebec Bar, where he advises on French law, he supports North American businesses entering Europe and foreign counsel who need a European desk.

Juliette Bachelard, avocat en droit des affaires chez Gustave Legal à Montpellier.

Juliette Bachelard

An attorney at the Montpellier Bar, Juliette Bachelard practises in intellectual property, digital law and data protection. She built her expertise at respected firms — including ARTLEX in Nantes, for close to five years — before joining Gustave in Montpellier.

Trained at the University of Montpellier, where she earned her Master 2 in Intellectual Property and New Technology (Créations immatérielles) with distinction, she covers the full intellectual-property and digital-law spectrum: infringement and unfair-competition litigation, GDPR compliance, drafting of commercial and IT contracts, and personal-data audits.

A committed teacher, she lectures in trademark law and digital law at ISEG, the LISAA school in Nantes and the University of Nantes.
